Yorkville University Bookstore is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases through our 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your student account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Bookstore

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our central processing facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
